The School of Management at the Universidad de los Andes (Bogotá, Colombia) seeks applications to fill several full time positions at the Assistant or Associate Professor levels in the fields of Organization Theory, Organizational Behavior, and Leadership. The School provides conference and research funding, a possible teaching load reduction, a vibrant cultural environment, and variety of other benefits that make these highly sought-after appointments.
Candidates are expected to show a clear commitment to research and actively contribute to the design, delivery, and assessment of courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Preference will be given to candidates with a record of publications in high-quality peer-reviewed journals and the desire to shape the development of a successful and fast-growing School of Management.
Aspiring junior researchers seeking a position as Assistant Professor must have earned a PhD degree (or be near completion) in the fields stated above (or closely related) and have demonstrated their potential to publish in high quality peer reviewed journals. In Leadership, we are especially interested in applications from successful mid-career scholars who qualify for the level of Associate Professor.
